New DIY Web Presence/Social Media Workshop

Since I’m in a post-al mode, I may as well announce my upcoming 3 hour workshop on April 8, 1:30 to 4:30 at the Creative Arts Center in Dallas.

As the syllabus says, this is what it’s all about, Alfie:

Immerse yourself with the variety of online sites that offer the opportunity to exhibit artwork and branding your message without creating a website. Beyond online portfolios, students will be introduced to template-based sites designed for artists to easily create dedicated websites without the heartache of hiring a web designer or learning code. You will also learn about the most up-to-date platforms and tips to take advantage of social media.
